Our pups learned quickly. Jay was fast to respond, quick at setting up an appointment/installation, and helpful with the training. I can’t recommend Jay and Dog Guard of Kansas highly enough! Jay was incredibly easy to work with, did the work he committed to doing and made sure to train and set us up for success following his installation. The underground fence has been well worth the investment and cost a fraction of the price to install a regular, above-ground fence around our 2.2 acre property. Jay is incredibly nice and easy to work with. If you are considering an underground fence for your dog, I highly recommend Jay and Dog Guard of Kansas.

Wow! So impressed with Jay and the Dog Guard product. Recently got a puppy that wanted to explore—too bad she was interested in areas outside our yard! Jay came out and answered all of our questions before getting started on installing the fence. He didn’t consider the job done until she was trained to understand the visual cues and the acceptable areas for her to play. We no longer worry that she’s going to slip out of the yard when we take her out to play and do her business. Talk about peace of mind!! Thanks, Jay!!

Jay is very friendly, polite and professional. He showed up on time, asked questions about the property and where I wanted the out of sight fencing. He got to work and 3 hours later he took my dog and trained her to know to avoid the boundaries. The boundaries are marked with white flags, my dog has only gone over the line twice. I am so happy that my dog can now run in the yard without me worrying about her running off and getting into trouble. Five out of five stars, I highly recommend.

Our experience with Jay and Dog Guard was nothing but positive. Jay was very responsive and quick to complete the installation. Jay Kutilik did a great job installing our electric fence and in training our Fox Terrier puppy. I was impressed how quickly he laid the signal wire and installed the sending unit. He spent about an hour introducing our dog to the system and had great rapport with our pet. Our puppy is responding just as one would hope for after two weeks. Jay was very caring for the pet and really strove to achieve a successful outcome. We are very pleased.

Jay was the absolute best to work with and he made everything easy. After reaching out to him he immediately explained the system and how it worked and also provided us with multiple dates for him to install the system at my parents house to work with our schedules. Jay did a great job at training our dogs and they are slowly getting comfortable with the boundary. It is really assuring to know my parents dogs are safe and can still play and have fun in the yard.

I am so happy that Dog Guard installed my invisible fence. I had quotes from other invisible fence services, but Jay beat their prices, and installed a quality fence! He trained my dog, Butch (120lbs Great Pyrenees/Aus. Sheppard), after the installation was complete. Now Butch never leaves the yard.

What a wonderful experience! Living on 7 acres and getting a new puppy, I was very concerned about our new pup getting out of the yard and into the road. When I contacted the company, I heard back from Jay within a matter of minutes! He was able to come out and install the fence that week, and did it in just a few hours. He spent so much time training our new puppy and us. We are so impressed with his knowledge and expertise in training our dog. That very day, we were able to take Emerson off leash and enjoy the yard. I cannot express what a relief it is to know that he will be safe. Jay showed us how to use everything, and even called to check that everything was going ok. I will recommend this company to everyone I know who has a dog. Very grateful!

If I had to describe Jay and Dog Guard out of Sight Fencing in one word, it would be "ABSOLUTLEYAMAZING". I had called other invisible fence companies and the prices were OUTRAGEOUS! I happened to be driving down the road in Park City at the right time and saw the Dog Guard out of Sight Fencing truck. I took a picture, went home and requested a quote online. Within 24 hours I had a quote and it was so much cheaper than the others. We have two dogs, A pointer that can climb our 6 foot privacy fence and a pit bull mix that keeps trying to dig under the fence, so we needed to put a stop to it. When Jay came out to do the install he took the time to answer all my questions and didn't even complain about the land mines our dogs left in the back yard. And if you have two big dogs, you know what I mean. Within 2-3 hours, the fence was installed in our back and front yard. Jay took the time to work with both my dogs to help train them with the fence. Two days later our dogs can now go in the front yard to enjoy grilling in the driveway or getting to greet their mom when she gets home without running out of the yard towards other dogs or people. I don't normally write review but this one needed to be written. Thank you Jay for all your help

I called up Dog Guard to install an electric fence/train my dog and they were out that week. Jay came out every time I had an issue with the fence until everything was working correctly. Always helpful and friendly it was THE best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. It is nice to see that there are still companies with people out there that are willing to go the extra mile to make the customer satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone. Jay was quick to respond and I especially appreciated his patience - with me! We lost a dog tragically last year so wanted to fence off part of our acreage to keep a better eye on the new pup. Jay was great to work with! He came out shortly after I called to give us a free estimate. Not only was he knowledgeable with regard to the invisible fence but he did an excellent job of working with our three dogs and getting them comfortable with their new boundaries. Our dogs range from a chihuahua mix to a large doberman and Jay took the time to find the appropriate collar and fit it to each of them based on dog personality and size. He was happy to answer all our questions and made sure we were taken care of . Our dogs are thrilled to have so much more freedom and we have peace of mind knowing they are kept safely away from our livestock and traffic. We have been very happy with our experience with Jay and Dog Guard!

So glad we chose Dog Guard for our underground fence. Jay was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, easy going, and communicated very well. We had to wait 3-4 weeks on Mother Nature to get our fence installed because it was snowing and raining. Jay communicated with us multiple times a week to make sure we could hit the next weather window. Once it cleared up he had our fence installed and puppy trained in a matter of hours. We have a smart/stubborn Pembroke Welsh Corgi and Jay was amazing with him. He is a dog person and our pup was so comfortable with him from the very beginning. It puts our minds at ease knowing our boy will stay in his yard. Don’t bother calling anyone else for your underground fence needs. Thanks Jay!!!

AMEN—- it works! Our dog has been crossing the road to hunt “in greener pastures” just like our previous dog. The previous dog was killed by a passing car. We had to do something and had heard positive comments about this place. We have been very pleased, it is so nice to know our dog is safe. Thank you.

Over two years ago our young Border Collie was hit on the road. We live on a county dirt road that people drive way too fast on. Border Collies just chase cars, it’s in their blood. We got the dog to the vet and he put her back together but she had weeks of being in the porch and wearing the dreaded “cone”. Being on a Farm I didn’t want to confine my dogs from the freedom of the country and the land we own but what could I do? I found Kansas Dog Guard on the internet and I called. I spoke with Jay Kutilek about our problem and that we were 60 miles away from him. He didn’t seem to be too worried about the distance and was here in a couple of days. He put in over 400 feet of underground fence in along the edge of the yard and pasture parallel to the road. He spend a lot of time with each dog getting them accustom to the fence and marked it with yellow flags so they would know where it was. After a couple of days our problem was solved. Today the older dog doesn’t want to get within 40 feet of the fence. the young Border Collie that was hit knows exactly where it is and how close she can come. I wish we would have done this many years ago. Jay ships me new batteries when I need them and is always available if I ever have a question. The quality of the system he has is so much better than what you can get at Home Depot or Lowes. Just look at the gauge of the wire and you can see the quality. Dog Guard solved the problem of being able to drive into my garage without having to open a gate and keep my dog in the yard in the process. Plus, Jay trained my dog in less that an hour. Good product and great service .

Jay did a great job getting our fence put in. He was here when he said he would be and had it installed within a few hours. We needed to make a couple last minute changes, and he was super nice and took care of all of it. He taught our dog the boundaries that very first day, and he wont even try chasing a squirrel out of the yard. We are very happy with our fence and the service.

We put in a Dog guard fence for our Belgian Malinois puppy. Jay went above and beyond putting in the initial fence, explaining all components and even conditioning the puppy to the correct response to the fence! A month or so later, Jay came out and made a large modification to the fence due to a lack of foresight on my part. His response to questions or problems is quick and more than courteous! Over a year and a half later, I can say this is a superb product and the service is beyond compare!

We were extremely nervous to install an underground fence, but we finally decided to make the call even though we have two of the most stubborn breeds possible. Jay answered multiple phone calls of questions immediately and installed the fence almost immediately. Not only did he install the fence, he spent multiple hours after installation working very patiently with all of my dogs, but especially my two stubborn ones. After installation Jay took the time to call and text us personally to ensure the dogs were happy and secure. We couldn't be happier with the product, but jays customer service has been second to none. Highly highly recommend to any and all. If you are skeptical with your dog, give this an opportunity. You will be amazed!

I called these guys and they had my fence done the same week. They trained our two dogs in just a couple of hours. Our property is pretty big and it was great how fast they got it installed. I definitely recommend them for keeping your dogs at home.

Professional installation! Excellent to work for! Whatever I needed done, we got it figured out! Jay didn't back down at all! Quick and simple install, went through everything I needed to know and what could happen, try doing this first to trouble shoot it! Didn't tear up yard or leave a mess! He also answered texts on weekends for some little ?'s I did have and had to watch the weather! 👍 Had 4 acres wired up and works great! Don't have to worry so much about my 3 dogs running out in the busy street anymore! Very affordable pricing! You can't put a price on an animal that you love and want to keep safe! One small little accident or mistake could take a life from an animal that you love! Keep those pets safe!

They were great! My husky absolutely would not stay in the yard no matter what we tried. Jay came out, had the underground fence installed in less than two hours, and our boy hasn't escaped since! I cannot recommend them enough!
